1.1.3. Details of the property alerts you set up.

1.2. Like many other organisations we also collect information using cookies and other technologies. Measuring your search activity and interaction with our site helps us improve our Online Platform and meet our objective of delivering the best possible service to you. 2.5. We sometimes use persistent cookies (which are stored on your browser after you exit our Platform) to store authorization information to allow customers to easily log back in, as well as noting the last time a customer visited our site.

2.6. We use Google Adwords. We use cookies to target ads to you, including to measure the number of Google users that click on certain advertisements and visit certain Hommits pages. Google provides this data to Hommits without identifying users. Like many companies we may work with Google and other third parties to market Hommits services which we think may be of interest to you on third party websites after you leave our website. You can opt out of Google's, and our, use of these cookies by visiting Google's Ads Preferences Manager.

2.7. In order to enhance your listing to ensure that it receives the most favorable results we reserve the right to allow our marketing team to amend your listing. This may include re-ordering or enhancing photos, fixing typos, changing descriptions etc.

3. How we protect your information

3.1. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against loss, and unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. As part of this, we:

3.1.1. Use only secure servers.

3.1.2. Use only trusted data storage providers.

3.1.3. Use industry standard encryption for the transmission of personal information.

3.2. The User has the right to delete personal data from the Site by clicking on the "Request account delete" button in the Personal account.

3.3. To help us protect your information, you must keep your personal information that relates to our Online Platform and Services secure. This includes: password, username, password security question and answer.

3.4. We retain the personal information we collect only for if we need it to support justifiable business requirements or when our lawful purposes for using the information are no longer relevant. When we no longer require personal information we or our third party suppliers will securely delete and/or archive the information.

4. Managing your preferences

4.1. We want to be able to share great properties that match your preferences, or we think you may like, with you. However, we understand that sometimes you might not want to hear from us in that way, and we respect that choice.

4.2. You can specify how you would like us to use your personal information at any time by updating your communication preferences within your profile.

4.3. Cookies are small pieces of software that are stored in the hard drive or your computer by your browser. You can manage your cookie settings in your browser (use Google to search for instructions on how to do this if you are unsure). However, please be advised that deleting your cookies will affect our ability to deliver to you the best Services and the best use of our Online Platform (for example we may not be able to show you the properties which you may fall in love with, or we may not be able to match you with potential buyers and increase your chances of a sale).
